HAVS is a registered charity that aims to support, develop, promote and represent voluntary and community organisations in Harrow. Our website provides information about our services and current projects, and how we can support your organisation. Membership is available to both new and existing voluntary and community groups that operate within the Harrow area. Membership offers access to a range of services.

HAVS also plays a key role in linking the public and private sectors with the voluntary and community sector with the ultimate aim of improving the quality of life for people who live and work in the Borough of Harrow. There are many ways to become involved in partnership working as our website will show you.

The Harrow 'Compact' is an agreement that sets out how the various sectors aim to work together. It is based on a number of 'Codes of Practice'. Please click below for more details:-
