Stakeholder Workshop

 I would like to take this opportunity to invite you to the following event focussed on seeking carers, users and Staff views regarding local dementia services.

This event will give participants an opportunity to discuss how dementia services should deliver high quality, evidence based and person centred care to all.

 Areas of feedback and discussion will help contribute to the local dementia strategy.
