Recession Workshops

The Economic Recession has resulted in various issues which have affected communities in Harrow and nationally. These include amongst others, higher unemployment, issues with housing, funding, and benefits.

With its experience in working with Voluntary and Community Sector Groups, Harrow Association of Voluntary Service (HAVS) will be organising a series of recession workshops for Community Groups. The aim of the workshops is to provide Community Groups with information on support available for their clients during the recession. HAVS will be specifically targeting Groups working with Black Minority Ethnic and Refugee (BMER) communities.

HAVS will provide further information regarding the workshops via its website and monthly mail out.
