Job Vacancy - Partnership Officer
HAVS has been awarded funding from the Harrow Strategic Partnership for this project.
As Partnership officer, you will be responsible for making sense of the Partnership arrangements in Harrow, showing which organisations are represented and ensuring that interested people understand how they can become involved by providing contact details.
You will also be publicising the output of the various partnerships. A major part of this project will be increasing the awareness of the Third Sector about how we can influence local decisions and become involved in consultation processes.
You will also increase the Voluntary and Community Sector’s awareness of the Statutory Sector’s priorities and protocols and increase the statutory Sector’s awareness of our Sector’s outputs and knowledge.
You will need to have a good understanding of the differences between and relationship with Voluntary and Community Sector organisations and their Statutory Partners. You will also need to have a clear understanding of the different agendas of the different partners within Harrow.
It would be helpful if you had good computer skills,the ability to work on your own and a calm demeanour.
20 hours a week at £10.00 per hour
Fixed term Contact of six months
