Draft Third Sector Strategy consultation
As you may be aware the Council approved a draft Third Sector Strategy at its Cabinet meeting on the 17th December 2009.
This strategy is a key document that sets out a new way forward for the relationship between the public and voluntary sectors. The aim is to create an environment where public sector partners are working alongside the Third Sector in delivering the best possible services that make a difference to local people.
The strategy has been developed over several months and has already had extensive input from both voluntary and statutory sector partners.
Before it is finalised and approved by the Council we would like to hear your views. You can do this in the following ways:
- Completing the on-line questionnaire via http://harrow-consult.limehouse.co.uk/portal
- Completing and sending back the questionnaire.
- Attending a consultation workshop on either Wednesday 13th January – 3.30pm at HAVS, 64 Pinner Road, Harrow or Monday 18th January 5-7pm at Harrow Civic Centre.
If you would like to attend one of these workshops please confirm your attendance with Karen.kwong@harrow.gov.uk or telephone 8416 8328.
Please return completed questionnaires to us by Friday 29th January 2010.
Yours sincerely,
Jean Lammiman
