Cuts to the Grants Budget by 10%
I expect you have heard about the proposed cuts to the grants budget by the Harrow Council. There will be a deputation by four people on behalf of the Sector to the Grants Panel on 7th March. We need as many groups as possible to add their support to this. Please email us or give us a call to the office to add your name to the Deputation.

On-Line Access to Training
Harrow, together with partners in Brent and Ealing, support TIDE, a training organisation set up specifically to offer training to those working in the voluntary and community sector. TIDE offers a wide range of excellent training courses at very competitive prices. Details of these courses are now available on the HAVS website Click here for TIDE brochure . HAVS are working closely with TIDE on a number of other training-related issues and we hope to considerably extend training provision in the Harrow area over the next year. We are also considering ways of bringing together in one place, information on the training courses offered locally by other training organisations.
