West London V Team Harrow And Hillingdon
The Harrow and Hillingdon V team is an exciting new initiative committed to improve the profile of volunteering for young people aged 16-25.
The V team recognises that young people are finding employment opportunities hard to come by with the recession and ever increasing competition around the globe. The V team promotes volunteering as a way of gaining hands on experience as a path way into employment.
The V team also promotes youth led action and has a dedicated team (Youth Action Team) to address social issues though promoting and delivering youth led projects. The V team have a number of volunteering opportunities available in fields such as administration, befriending, caring, health, nature and sport and outdoors to name just a few.
The V team would like to hear from anyone wanting to take part in volunteering or organisations wanting to build a partnership with the West London V team.
